Learn more about the mechanism of habit development and discover a simple but profound tactic that might help you beat your next urge to smoke, snack or check a text while driving.
Quite a simple thing mindfulness is… I guess you can see this talk as a sort of introduction to welcome Mindfulness into your life (if you do not already practice it). Having a particular reason to explore the concept is a good thing!!!
